 I began to wonder if this idea has been explored before and after looking around I discovered that there is indeed a magazine focusing on the Kenyan music scene. However the magazine; Tangaza Magazine is not exclusively Kenyan and not only that but also they do not focus on the rising stars, the upcoming artists and only look at the mainstream Kenyan artists. My intention is to shed light on the artists that have great but unrecognised talent. the artists that actually need the spotlight. My magazine will also be exclusively Kenyan, focusing on artists in our country.
